Day 39: PART I

I had to use a calculator to know how many days it had been, only 61 days left!! I honestly don't know if I can or even want to go back to eating all of the processed food and junk that I did.

Here is a sample of some of the foods I eat, different variations, and prep:

 I generally cook on Sundays and have my chicken breasts ready for the whole week.


New favorite: Spaghetti Shrimp

This takes care of my PB&J cravings - Organic Grape jelly, Smuckers natural PB and Organic Rice cakes.

Sauteed mushrooms & peppers, chicken breast with pepper jack cheese - spicy.

Sushi! Yum...

  1. Love that you do all your chix on Sunday--how do you store it? Ziploc in the fridge???

  2. Hey doll! I use Ziploc Glass containers, I try to avoid plastic as much as possible. The plastic can leach toxins into food! :(
    They were expensive... but so worth it! Good investment!
